HI, I installed new OS to my computer "Lubuntu" and i needed to transfer some files from my Windows Phone to computer but i can't, when i connect it it shows this error Error intializing camera: -53: Could not claim the USB device I Click "OK" then in file manager i see 3 devices with my phone name and only one have 2 folders with no files but gotta be about 6 folders with files. Phone : Nokia Lumia 635 Phone Version : Windows Phone 8.1 Lubuntu version : 15.04 Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Sometimes the problem mainly arises with the Ubuntu in the Windows and that you must know the solution to get rid of there with the help of the Epson tech support for the knowledge regarding that.
