Hello,
If you have purchased the developer license for aiChart, what updates/support are you entitled to?
E.g. if bugs are found in the library are you entitled to bug-fix releases?

Please excuse for delay. In our country now is time of holidays, that is why our feedback takes so long...

From one side, if you found bug and report it to us, then you can expect fix or workaround for it from our side. We try to publish fixes very fast. In case if bug critical for your, we will try to fix it ASAP and deliver solution for you.

From other side, only subscription guaranty you that our team will work on fix full time. Subscribers have access to the latest fixes and features. If you are not a subscriber you should wait for next version release.

If I only have a Developer License, for how long am I entitled to version releases?

You can easily migrate to a new version without any fees. Delays between releases can be up to 6 months (but we plan to decrease this time to 3-4 months).

Release of next version planned on next month (release final date is not set).
