There is a candle series.
Task: update last bar(candle) with new values.
Problem: It seems that last values stay in memory and appearing after refresh.
How to reproduce:
1) fill ChartPointCollection by data.
2) find last (right) point
3) delete the point and add new with same X coordinate
OR change its values (I tried to call
Code:
point.setY(<new values>);
but the result was the same)

4) shift chart left/right -
Code:
setRange(prevBegin - dx, prevEnd - dx);

5) on picture below we can see the result, green candle appears. But before action 4) there is only red candle on the chart!

Hi,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce issue that you have. Consider using ChartArea.refresh() method to refresh your chart when range is set (after setRange() call).

ChartArea.refresh() doesn't solve the problem.
Do I understand correctly, that the new version of aiCharts library supports multiple points with one coordinate X in the Point Collection?
If so can I add a new point so that it will overwrite the existing one in the collection?

Hi,

aiCharts library supports multiple points with one coordinate X all the time. Please check following sample, it demonstrates how to update Y values of first and last points. If sample doesn't help you, please provide complete information about that what you try to do with aiCharts.

Best regards,

At provided sample you know, what index does the point have.
So you take the point and modify its Y value(s).
In my case I know x-coordinate of point, but don't know point's index in the Collection.
So as I understand I have to find point using its x-coordinate and after that I will get ability to modify Y value. Is it so?
