I am using the cross site lookup 1.2.

When using the bamboo list rollup web part there is extra data retreived. Example (in red); 8;#74D30 CBRN BNCOC When I use the WSS lookup (OOB) the extra characters do not appear.

It seems I'm unable to use the AB Cross Site Lookup data in other web parts (above) and Claculated columns.

The AB Cross Site Columns are not available when creating a calculated column.

I manually add the formula and receive this error:

One or more column references are not allowed, because the columns are defined as a data type that is not supported in formulas. at Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequestInternalClass.AddField(String bstrUrl, String bstrListName, String bstrSchemaXml, Int32 grfAdd)

We will check our Cross-site Lookup column with this 3d-party web part and reply you soon.
NOTE: Standard SharePoint formula does not support Lookup columns.

There are two ways how to resolve this problem:
1) Convert Cross-Site Lookup to Standard SharePoint lookup column, then create List Rollup Data View Web Part, and then convert back this lookup column to ArtfulBits Cross-Site Lookup column.

2) Bamboo List Rollup web part create standard SharePoint DataFormWebPart. So you can customize this DataFromWebPart by manually modifying XSLT of this web part ( Modify Shared Web  XSL Editor  find and replace the following lines:
<td class="ms-vb2"><xsl:value-of select="@CrossSiteLookup" /></td>
replace to
<td class="ms-vb2"><xsl:value-of select="substring-after(@CrossSiteLookup,';#')" /></td>
where CrossSiteLookup is column name (for your case, please do it for Course, DO, Ship From, Ship To columns).

You should replace
<xsl:value-of select="@CrossSiteLookupColumnName" />
to
<xsl:value-of select="substring-after(@CrossSiteLookupColumnName,';#')" />
where CrossSiteLookupColumnName is internal name of Cross-Site Lookup column.

Let me know if you need any additional help.

Ok, I can get it to not display the ;# but it is still not sorting correctly.
Thanks,
Brad

Please use Cross-Site Lookup "conversion" feature. Convert Cross-Site Lookup to standard SharePoint lookup column, then generate new Data Form Web Part, and convert back this lookup column to ArtfulBits Cross-Site Lookup column.

Please let me know if it works for you.
